At Happyy Owkkoo, baby safety is not a claim—it is proven through science. From food-grade raw materials to finished products, every Happyy Owkkoo item is independently tested and verified—so parents can choose with confidence and peace of mind.

Our silicone feeding products, teethers, and baby toys are comprehensively tested by Guangdong Consumer Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (CTT), an internationally accredited laboratory recognized by CNAS and global mutual recognition bodies. The test reports confirm compliance with strict U.S. and international toy safety standards, covering mechanical and physical safety (including choking hazards, sharp edges, and product strength), flammability performance, and accurate product labeling. Chemical safety testing further confirms no detectable lead (Pb), no phthalates, and no harmful heavy metals, ensuring complete safety even during teething and biting.
